Did you ever want to be a star? Many students had that opportunity when they took part in Northside’s annual Variety Show. "Stairway to Stardom" was the selected theme, and the student director was Carol Faulkner.

Variety was the best way to describe the show which included everything from a mondern ballet to a nursery rhyme church. The show opened with a cabaret number by the Northern Lights, complete with top hats and canes. Harmony Gold, a comedy-singing quartet consisting of Dave Moody, Steve Jones, Tom Parr, and Chip Weiss, kept the show running smoothly as they introduced each act.
